Returning goods

Return policy:

  • If you want to return the product, read at the beginning: Terms of use Clause 5 on the right of withdrawal and fill out the withdrawal form, which should be sent to our e-mail address siadkracing@gmail.com.
  • After receiving confirmation, you or another person you agree with must deliver the item to our store at Stopiņu Street 32a, Riga or send it via Omniva parcel machine or courier to Riga Nīcgales Street 53 T/C GREEN omniva parcel machine, Nīcgales Street 53, Riga, 9112, or by courier to Stopiņu Street 32a, Riga. Specify the recipient's number +371 25143170. The returned item must be in the exact condition in which it was received - in the original packaging (or box), without signs of use.

  • The buyer bears the cost of returning the product, except when the reason for the return is that the product does not correspond to the order (for example, the wrong or damaged product).

  • The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the seller without delay, but no later than within 14 days after sending the refusal form to the online store. After receiving the returned goods, the online store shall immediately, but not later than within 14 days, refund all payments received from the buyer based on the Distance Agreement.

  • We will examine the problem and agree on the best solution for the situation. The product is not changed or repaired if the damage occurred by not following the instructions for use and regulations.
